Róisín is a visionary leader with an extensive background in leadership and change management. Róisín has expertly navigated some of the most significant crises in the Irish health sector, representing Ireland’s largest hospitals and hospital groups with distinction. Her expertise spans the public and private sectors, and extends to the academic sector, where she has collaborated with Ireland’s leading universities and Institutes of Technology. Her dynamic leadership and strategic vision continue to drive success and innovation, making her an influential figure in both the corporate and academic arenas.
Phil O'Connell, Founder
Phil has over 25 years of managerial experience in project management, business development and product development across numerous projects, products and services, in the fields of Data Analytics, Cyber-security, Cloud Services, Enterprise Software, Fintech and Mining. He is highly experienced in commodity trading, enterprise software, cloud services and in the management of cross-functional teams and holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation.
Michal Bronczyk, CTO
Michal is an experienced data analytics engineer, software developer and systems administrator with a strong educational background in computer science, analytics and economics. Proven team leader, project manager and operation manager who has delivered numerous large scale data analytics products for enterprises and governments. Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical problem solving abilities. He brings extensive experience in leading Data Analytics and AI/ML solutions for some of the world’s largest blue-chip companies. Michal has spearheaded product development across multiple IT start-ups, driving innovation in diverse sectors such as Retail Banking, Quantitative Finance, Investment Banking, Insurance, Government, and Trade Finance
